In Warframe, Growing Power is an Aura Mod. You can only equip one Aura Mod in each build, and they can often form the basis of a build. Whether focused on melee, weapons, or abilities, an Aura Mod can really improve a build.
Increasing power will increase the strength of a Warframe’s ability after inflicting a status effect with weapons on any enemy. It won’t trigger from status effects caused by abilities, only from weapons.

How to get increasing power
You can get increasing power by kill a Knave Specter at Silver Grove Shrine in an earthly mission. To summon a Knave Specter, you will need to use a Nightfall Apothic at the shrine.

How to find the silver grove
The Silver Grove Shrine will only appear in your levels if you have already completed the Silver Grove quest. First, put your apothecary in your cogwheel. Now charge into the Capture mission on Earth, run to the target and capture it. This will give you all the time in the world to find the Silver Grove. Go around the map making sure to cover every square inch of it. Looking for a little tunnel that leads to the Grove. This tunnel can appear anywhere. I find it helpful to have your map on (press M on PC), because that way you will be able to see if you missed a tunnel.
Interact with the shrine to use the apothec, then kill the Knave Specter. Growing Power has a drop rate of 6.06%.
